Layman (Amauris albimaculata)

Family Nymphalidae Danainae

Large butterflies 5-6cm wingspan.
 Found in the eastern regions and as far south as the Eastern Cape.
 Habitat: forest edges, parks and gardens.

Beautiful!! I miss the butterflies around here. So few again this summer. I only saw 2 Monarchs and we had a bounty of great Milkweed this year.
